Disabling notifications for a specific alert category
When a recipient no longer needs to receive notifications for an alert category, you can stop the notification.
To disable notifications for a specific alert category

Click the Backup Exec button, and then select Configuration and Settings.

Select Alerts and Notifications, and then selectAlert Categories.

Under Alert category, select the category for which a recipient no longer needs to receive notification.

Under Send notifications to the following recipients, clear the check box next to the recipient for whom you want to stop notification.

Click OK.
