About the Support Utilities
The Arctera System Recovery Disk environment has several support utilities. Arctera Technical Support might ask you to use these utilities to troubleshoot any hardware issues that you encounter.
You might be required to supply the information that these utilities generate if you call Arctera Technical Support for help resolving problems.
Note: You should only use these tools as directed by Arctera Technical Support.
