Sending a notification when a job completes
You can assign recipients to be notified when a job completes. Recipients must be set up before you can set up notification.
To send a notification when a job completes

Create a new job or edit an existing job.

On the Backup Options dialog box, in the left pane, click Notification.

Select the check box for each recipient that you want to notify when each type of job completes.

To send the job log with the notification to an email address, check Include job log in email notifications.

You can continue selecting other options from the Options dialog box or click OK.
