Opening Windows services
You can use several methods to open Windows services to manage the Arctera System Recovery Agent.
To open Windows services

Do one of the following:

On the Windows Control Panel, click Administrative Tools > Services.

On the Windows taskbar, click Start > Run.

In the Open text field, type
services.msc, and then click ** OK**.

Under the Name column, scroll through the list of services until you see Arctera System Recovery (the name of the agent).
Its status should be Started.
