Checking the database consistency
Check Database Consistency lets you check the consistency or validity of a Backup Exec database before you back it up. A consistency check enables you to find problems in a database before you back it up.
To check the consistency of a Backup Exec database

Select a Backup Exec server from either a Backup Exec server group or from All Backup Exec Servers.

On the task pane, under Database Tasks, click Check Database Consistency.

After the operation finishes, click Close.
