Viewing system properties for a Backup Exec server

From the System tab, you can run BE Diagnostics, which is a Backup Exec diagnostic utility. This utility creates a file, bediag_<computer_name>.txt, that includes useful configuration information for the server. Technical support can use the results of BE Diagnostics to troubleshoot problems.
To view system properties for a Backup Exec server
  1. In the Computers pane, click All Backup Exec Servers.
  2. In the Results pane, select a Backup Exec server.
  3. In the task pane, under General Tasks, click Backup Exec Server Properties.
  4. Click System.
